He is, but he kind of gave an answer to Marionette's question. He got it from up beyond the ceiling. (at least, we the readers know it he did.

I think Doosh Took fits too, mostly because "Took" (taking away the extra "o") becomes in Swedish "tok" means "fool" and "moron" which also fits our dear jerktaffle.

Springtrap doesn't know where the doll came from. He believes the Puppet put it there, and would like to slap him silly for that business with the first doll. Hence his sudden burst of rudeness on this particular topic.
This story line doesn't look like it's gonna wins up quickly, does it? It's been going for, what, about 25 comics now. What's up with that?

Haha! I understand, that's what I meant with "we the readers know he did." Despite that he doesn't know where the doll is really coming from and that think Marionette gave him it, we the audience know where the plush doll came from. 
I personally don't mind the lenght of this arc. This is all based on my own opinion, but the arc's scenes not drawn out nor are the dialogs hasty and I feel the story line with the Nightmares keeps a good balance between laughs and teensy heartache as well with some afterthought.
No, I'm just being very silly, that and I also like a small challange of thinking out new nicknames without using strong curse words for BOBS Bunny.
