Red-hot studyin' action. Oooh, baby. Rated R for bare naked feet.Janken (the guy who's not Scooter) is supposed to be holding one of those tablet web-browsin' things, but as this was a quick at-the-con-waiting-for-a-panel-to-start sketchbook doodle and I didn't have any reference material, well, you'll just have to take my word for that. (Are any of those things backlit, or should I take the glare off Janken's front?)

A lot of people have commented on the way I draw Fraggle feet, so I thought I'd branch out a little and show Scooter sans sneakers. Maybe I'll get brave and take that jacket off him. Who knows what kind of T-shirt he's wearing under there.

Fraggles like bare feet. Partly because they have tough feet, all the better for scampering around in caves, and partly because, well, look at their feet. They're shaped like duck feet. Try finding a shoe to fit those!
Janken thinks Silly Creature feet are funny-looking because they're so dainty and soft. Hence his occasionally teasing Scooter by calling him "tenderfoot."

I like to think I have rather tough Silly Creature feet, they're dancer's feet and still take a beating like they used to, but now it's b/c of bad shoe choices, not dancing anymore. But, probably a fraggle's feet are way tougher than mine!

You may have tough feet for a Silly Creature, but I bet they'd be scraped raw after a day of scuttling around barefoot in rough, rocky caves. Fraggle feet are probably as tough as a dog's paw pads.
