Before I start, let me just say that its really a good picture. :3
This is my first critique so I hope I do ok. xD
Lets start with the cons:
-The eye looks a little too far over, I think if you moved it to the right a bit it would look better.
-You made him look fluffly around his face, but then on his head and ears the fur looks too smooth.
Lol thats all I can think of. xD
Pros!!

hmm... only thing i sorta have a problem with is how.... well he's supposed to be looking down right?
then why does his eye not look fully flowing with that fact...? it just seems like there should be some sort of shading
around the eye to enhance the fact he's looking down.
but i really like it besides that
