Buggy The Clown - One Piece.I decided to do a different makeup version of Buggy that showed up breifly in the 3rd season, and while I was at it, I fixed up some parts of the costume I was not happy with. I made the shoulder pads the way they were supposed to look, and not so lame. Fixed how the jacket sat on my shoulders, made a new shirt the non-lazy way so i could move in it, and finally added his knives. I am really happy how it all came out.

Knives... blades are sintra, handles are wood, hilt is PVC and cardstock.

How did you do the shirt? Did you find fabric or is it handmade from red and white?

in these shots, its made from red and white fabric. in the earlier shots like this one... [link] it was a fabric... the material looked perfect, but it had zero streatch. it was a nightmare to put on and always had to redo seems from ripping it.

I've never seen it but I've always loved your Buggy ^^ Its just so brightly colored and well made. The shoes are great too, really stand out. Wonderful location too!
