Oh, I love that. Wasn't it Sapkowski's take on Ciri that she is the embodiment of 'evil'? I think I read that somewhere and found it a very thought-provoking statement.
That image certainly plays with that interpretation and I love it for how it illustrates this area of conflict and tension between Ciri as the character who's the 'child of destiny', a victim of her own circumstances, hunted down by everyone, trying to find a way to cope and survive the struggle, and her as someone who kills without batting an eyelid, cool, calm and collected, able to enjoy a nice sunrise, unbothered by the bodies she left in her wake. Is she good? Is she evil? Is she both? Is she neither? Do these categories even apply?

A wonderful take on her and a completely different approach! At first sight it looks like Ciri greets the morning sun in a relaxed way, just out of bed or something. And then one looks closer and sees all the dead. The other side of Ciri. The side who is a killer.
Very well done. The erspective and composition, the colours.. superb!
