Gift to because she's drawing amazing Insane Vegeta art to me!!

I know that this isn't my best art and this won't do any justice to Red's own Elements Vegeta, but I still hope that you like this, hun! I'm not good at drawing thin Vegeta and the bangs :'D I also tried new way to color and I also found new tool in Paint Tool Sai. That's why it took so long (about 4-5 hours) to color this.

I also want to mention that my internet limit (20.000KB) is almost full so I won't be around here chatting or submitting anything even if you would see me online. The reason why I can add this (and the finished version) here now is that I'm in my mom's place and using her laptop and she don't have the internet with any limits in it. Before I came here, I scanned this pic in my laptop, finished it and then I took my little wire what comes from phone to laptop / from laptop to phone. So ~ I put the arts in my phone, took the wire off from my lappy and pushed it in mom's laptop (while the other head was in my phone all the time) and put those pics on mom's desktop from my phone and TA DAA - that way I could put them here xD
