Did you draw this on paper or did you use some kinda website like paint or Wutever? If you drew this on paper how'd you get it in such good quality?

I drew it on the paper. I scan all my arts and then I clean them a little in photoshop and I also (if need to) I make the lines stronger so then the art looks more better / cleaner.
