Description My sister teach me today how to do animations in Paint Tool Sai with Photoshop also and I LOVE IT!

I had to try to do my own and I wanted to draw Vegeta with his hair moving. I love when his hair is moving with the wind (And I definitely will do some more xD)

I used a reference in this.

You need a program where you can do arts (Like photoshop or Paint Tool sai). I have them both so I only know how to help if you have them. I draw the arts in animation in PTS and I make them to be animation in PS
