My medications decided to reactant against each other leaving me unable to sleep so this is what my sleep deprived brain came up with at 6am while trying to find something to keep me occupiedI am still not sure who is hunting who

This is hilarious, man, and a terrific, creative idea.
My daughter has a rat (sized to scale) on wooden wheels, and there's a black cat about the size of your rat's rider who rides that rat. The rat's gray, but, with the barding and his black beard, your image does not look unfamiliar. Our three cats had no idea what to make of my daughter's toy. It was pushed up and down the hall for a few nights and they lost interest. Your tiny warrior should hope for the same. Tabbies are not to be trifled with. I'd give the cat 10-1 odds of eating a rat dinner and a — what is he? a miniature dwarf? — tiny dude for desert tonight.
