Australia.
Of course, it does snow in the country, it just doesn't get cold where I am and I've never been anywhere it does.

Ah, I would have guessed.  I will tell you... as pretty as snow can be, it is treacherous.  Cold, slippery, blinding, and in some parts of my region, crushing.
