I haven't worked on Vernids in a great LONG while! The species is super cool and stripes are a lovely thing so went wild.
Though I'm always nervous doing anthros since there's no official ref, but since they're not wild animals I think I'm good
Went for a juxtaposition here. Rarely work with those shades of green/blue for adopts, nor browns with reds. So both were fresh times for me
Hopefully I'll be making bigger batches of vernids in the future, these just take so long I'm not sure qwq. Each takes a good 2-3 hours since I'm on a track pad.
Since I've got quite a few sets made up (as of the time typing this), I'll sure try to make 3+ next time
