I secretly really like Female America, I don't get why people dislike her or any other female hetalia character (then again, if you do, go ahead), so here's a small artwork to support her existence uwu

Learnt some new stuff about how to use the colour wheel by messing around and i'm really satisfied with the gained information; it will surely be able to improve my colouring by this uwu
