It's the Scruffy from Cosworx. I don't know if it's still being sold, though... it was back in 2008.

The apron was quilted as you would do a blanket. The shoulder piece was drafted by hand.

I actually like the Ordon design better, but maybe that's because it's a nice change of pace from the tunic(s).
