I'm not going to pretend like I'm familiar with the source material for this picture. However, I still think it's a good piece of work. The shading is nice, the style is likable, and if I knew the characters being portrayed here, I would probably be quite pleased with how they're being represented. The background is nice, and there doesn't seem to be any faults with the drawing itself. The only gripe I could possibly have is that there's nothing here that would inspire me to call this a great work. There are no issues here, but there's nothing that stands out, either. I'm sure if I was familiar with the Fallout fanfiction I would find this to be an excellent work, but I see nothing that I haven't really seen before. It's just...good. It's still really good, though, and deserving of that title. It's just not great.

Yes they are , if you zoom in you can see that the triggers are easily reachable with hooves.
