This is Tsurugi from Inazuma GO! I haven't actually seen the anime yet but after seeing a few clips of him, I have a feeling that he will be one of my favorite characters. xD
Lol, yeah. I know that it's supposed to be a cape, not a jacket.... I just thought it would look better with sleeves.... >.<
