I just loved the movie Turtles Forever, because I actually like the 1980s turtles more than the more recent ones (but only by a little, and I prefer 80s shows to modern ones mostly anyway)I just wish the Aprils could have met! But I think 2000s April would be a little....upset by a certain difference between to the two of them!

The 2003 April was a good change, cause she wasn't a reporter in danger all the time. She was a lab assisstant to Baxter Stockman, went and tried to nose in on what was really going on, she wasn't clueless and She took up Ninjitsu taught by Splinter himself. But It was really a good change...to my point of view. Whoever likes which April is his or her choice, and I shall leave it as that

I do like both Aprils a lot, but the 80s cartoon just appealed to me more. As for actual character development and ability to actually do something useful, though, 2003 April wins hands down for sure!

I only remember watching one video tape of the 80s turtles cartoon and an almost full episode on TV before going to school, so yeah, not much there.
