Ohh...my....god..... this one took HOURS...No I haven't gotten my tablet yet, so this one was entirely made by mouse and touchpad....xD
The other week we were playing loads and loads of Persona, both third and fourth game, so I thought I'd make not only p3 fanart, but also some for p4 since it's a lovely game as well *u*
And Chie is one of the most badass girl characters in a long time.

Well, I was zooming in really close and used a smallsized brush,
making sure to erase bumps and bad parts. I think that's how
most that use a mouse to draw do. <:3

This is excellent coloring. How did you color this? What program did you use?

I am using EasyPaintTool SAI both for lineart and coloring and Photoshop
to make the background transparent. And, the coloring isn't too complicated...
Basically I'm cel-shading, using three colour layers at least.
Base color, then I'm shading with sharp edges, before shading it softly
using the AirBrush and Blur tools. The last step is quite transparent.
Keep in mind this is one of my quickest way of coloring :3
Hope that I was able to explain it properly... My English isn't too good.

Your way of coloring is great. I will take these into consideration while painting digitally. I have colored digitally in the past, but they don't come out anywhere near as good

Also I think it's possible to get a hold of a SAI program that's not
in trial format... It's so much easier to use than photoshop and both
lines and coloring become smoother, so it's a better choice.
