Oh this man... he's saying the most strange things in the game ever,
comes from a very germandutchspeaking city and has a stalkerprofessor.
He also only has one arm. The other one is really shiny.
I figured it might need some repairments sometimes.

But true, they are a bit similar and when not exactly focusing on the discussion at hand,
I basically took it for granted to be German. xD
The character designer told me it's Dutch, too. O u O)/

In Sweden, we pick either German, French or Spanish to study as a third language from age 12. <:3;

Yeah, but that's only because I'm dicided to go to an economy- and sociallogical school (I'm really not sure how to say it in english ^^' Let's say it's a school were you learn mainly something about economy and how the state works and so on :3)
But there are also schools that specialise on languages or maths and physics >w<
