The kittens are presented with scars that they would get if they landed in the same situation as their parents

Each kitten is 150
I can note a version without scars after buying

If you are the first one to guess who both parents are based off of, you get 70% off!

Hint: The real characters aren't cats, but humans (teen aged)
Hint2: They are from a short book series that were made into movies
Hint3: I didn't read that far at the time, but the cat to the left is also supposed to have a gunshot wound
Hint4: The cat to the right got the robotic foot at the end of the first book
Hint5: There recently got released a new book from the series, but it's a prequel revolving around the antagonist
Hint6: SPOILER! At the end of the third book, the two characters end up together and have 2 kids
