Ahahahh. That's really awesome. I don't know if it's just on my computer, but it seems to be a little slow/choppy. *Shrugs* Still really good, though.
On the kick, The leg should be slightly bent. (The on being stood on.) Kind of like a parenthesis. (<--that Or something.... The hip should be in line with the foot and the knee sticking out a bit. Unless you're a ninja person or something and you defy gravity, which is even better. XDDD

It looks good.
Maybe it's just my browser, but it seems a bit slow.... If it isn't me, you might want to speed it up a little.

Right On!
Pardon my delay in getting to this! Excellent! Great to see it, great work! And THANK YOU!
Have you tried video taping yourself, from the same camera angle as your animation (doesn't need to be exact), at the same fps (match animation fps to video fps), and then put that video (QuickTime movie)in your scene behind your rig & use the footage as a reference for movement and timing?
I'll do that all the time for reference work, it's like rotoscoping. Once you have the reference you don't have to match it exactly, -you can exaggerate the actions on your rig to make it look more 'super hero' as needed .
Use a still camera, -that will save you tons of time and work.
Or, you can often find reference videos online to use. Finding still camera videos is tougher...
Again, you ROCK! Outstanding!

I will suggest a few things, even though you might already be working on it, try to put a little more secondary action into it. Don't just move the fist, when punching, the whole upper torso twists with the punch. also, when he does the kick, his back may arc to far backwards, it looks like he is going to fall backwards, try to give him some balance. Also put some anticipation in, such as him crouching a bit before he delivers a kick. These are just few of the principles of animation. If you would like, I can send you a note which has the 12 principles disney came up with in animation so you have it at hand. Let me know. All in all, your doing pretty good, keep up the good work

i know, Iām an avid martial artist, but doing it in real like is easier then animating it Iām working on it though
i actually did the kick a few times while animating to try to get a feel for it
