Finally getting around to finishing my Ref. Sheets for the characters that will be in my one-shot. So first one I have is Katy since I don't draw her as much as I'd like to.
I really like Kathryn. She's the perfect bff for Nyssa. Here's some other info about her not Ref. Sheet worthy.

She was a huge bully and brat as a child but quickly grew up when she discovered the war around her. Her dream was to make clothes like Alice (Nyssa's mum) but had to abandon that dream after being experimented on by the Pente (race of aliens). She vowed to follow Nyssa's side, no matter what. Despite not having magical abilities, she is a fearsome opponent whose reflexes are second to none. She is slowly going blind due to the strain on her eyes from her experimentation, but after making a deal with Perceval, he takes all of the damage on her eyes (through magic) onto himself. Her whip is made from the tale of a beast she raised and bonded with during her Rite of Passage, which was never properly finished due to interruption from the Pente. The beast was murdered during an encounter with savage Old Way felines. She has partners of both genders and never has any intention of settling down or making any sort of family. In her original design, I gave her markings along her body that would glow, like the alien she is mutated with, but I decided that would be too much since she is considered one of the more normal in appearance in her circle of knights.

I've never explained it before, but Cudragon is a term I made up as a child to describe creatures that had undergone some sort of mutation. All characters experimented on by the Pente are called cudragons. It comes from the brand on their arms. The Pente in particular experimented on felines in their generation (as past experiments found them to be the most compatible race for what the Pente had in mind). The brand on their arm read C.U. # standing for Cat. Unknown (concerning their breeding line) and the # in the group. Despite the fact that the Pente are based on Greek culture, the tattoo brands are in Common tongue as they wanted to teach their enslaved to obey so the brands need to be in a tongue they all know in case slaves wanted to report each other (which rarely happened). As you can see, Katy is #8. The dragon part of the term Cudragon comes from the fact that Nyssa was mutated with a dragon and the Pente had a major goal to slay the unbeatable dragons in hiding.
