i only ever played like 15% of the first game and i don't recall nina having blue wings, they were the traditional white color.
then again i never played breath of fire 2.

Part 2's Nina has black wings. They're considered an omen in Windia and the people demanded her execution out of irrational fear. To protect her, Nina's parents had her shipped away.

Also ironically I think Katt as Felicia would have EVEN more coverings. Considering Katt literally runs around with her lady parts on full display.
