Thank you very much. I use the skinning tool "SkinnerToo SE" on making many part of this skin. it's a very kind tool to beginner  for making the winamp classic skins, but it can not make the perfect skin, it need some repair to make the better skin, so I refer to the "Skinner's Atlas", it's the tutorial to make the winamp classic skins, and use the MS Paint to modify the images.
