Commissioned by my friend . It's now also on his website at www.novothule.comIt's his own created creature called an 'Elemental'. I know it sort of looks like a cabbit in a way. Visually I tried crossing lion cubs with rabbits and threw in a few kangaroo mice? and other cute things, to try and match his design for this creature.
I put a lot of effort and details into this... but what can I say? Buddy Bonus.
He was (and allowed to be) very specific about all sorts of little details, and has promised to give a llama badge to anyone who more-or-less correctly identifies either the flowers or the mushrooms =3

Fun! the pink ones wouldnt be indian pipes, would they? I know they come in white at least.

You are the first person to guess the flowers! Monotropa uniflora aka Indian Pipe, Ghost Plant, and Corpse Plant are normally white. But rare pink and red colorations like these exist. This is also a clue to the type of mushrooms in the painting, care to guess what Family these mushrooms belong to?

Yay! Thanks! If the orange ones arent boletes or chanterelles, then idk without googling it. Where i live we only have oysters and morels. Anyway I love plant guessing games

Here's a hint: It's of the family that associates with those Indian Pipe plants.

It is! It is "Lactarius deliciosus" AKA the saffron milk cap mushroom.

I really like the amount of detail in this. The Elemental is adorable~ 
As for the flora the flowers sorta look like upside-down Fox Gloves or Bergenias, but of course, they're obviously not those. They're very pretty though. As for the mushrooms, absolutely no idea. There are too many out there for me to even hazard a guess. Also, I'm betting the flowers and mushies are both European natives, and coming from sub-tropic Australia, I doubt I've ever seen them before D:

Not so cute, lol! There are 7 different Elementals. They all have this baby form, but they look different when they grow up. Some are beautiful, others are nightmarish, depending on what type of Element they are.

The only other mushroom I can think of close to that color or shape are the Chanterelle mushrooms. I'm having so much fun try to guess which type of mushroom this is.

They do look like that, but those flowers require certain mushrooms to grow, and it's not those.
