Woah, neat! It looks awesome. I really like how the head actually moves (rocks) when the bird talks (makes it so much more realistic, since birds are kind of twitchy), plus it throws its wings back at the end of the sentence (stressing it, it's an order after all), greatly done!

The rest of the animation is swell. The timing is so far out that every key pose is accented to match the syllable of the recording. I love the anticipation for the feathers curdle for the blow of the first syllable of "Garbage". The waddle does represent itself well for following through for the head a few frames later.
I suggest to fix the crest; after the second syllable of "garbage", it looked like the head is going in reverse playback. The neck should be thicker in "eat your intestinal..." and thinner in "..garbage".
