Kyuubey convinced her that she was the only one who could help insisting on making a contract, a term to convince herself to find his “own family” inside.

Skills: invocation of blizzards, storms, rains of ice picks, capable of freezing structures and enemies, as melee attack forms peaks on the tip of their fans and uses them as knives.
