Have you thought of changing the colours on some of the other characters?

Yea, it's just that the way I used the colors on this one let's me change them easier. I usually use a layer for each section of the image including the shadows, so normally this would have at least 6 layers just for the base color and then another layer for the shadows and then another for highlights if any. So It is usually about 14 layers, but this time I put each color on a single layer. i.e. base, shadow, highlights, skin color, etc. so it came out to about 5 layers. Once i finish my other vector projects (4 vectors left) then I will go back and redo them all with less layers.

Wow, it sounds complicated. I don't know much about layers. I usually only have two - the line art and the colour.

I used to do it that way, but i would find out something was wrong and had to go back over it, so instead of doing it all over again, I started making layers.
