Uploading this now only because I have a pet peeve on posting works that don't could out in numbers for 5, 6 or 12. 
Enjoy it. Cause this is the last update you'll see on VH from me til the end of the month. however upload every weekend to every-other weekend. So go watch her if you haven't to keep up with the story.

This is a really good idea. I love this comic a lot and I'm happy that someone chose to color these. You're really great at it!

This is beautiful. You've done a good job with the colors. I really like the glowing-redness when the vampires are being... spooky; and the sky too is gorgeous. ^.^
Just a few things that bother me, though...
One; in panel 3, Hiccup's eyes. That particular expression works better if his eyes are white, instead of filled in like it is. In anime/mangas, which is, I think, where Shadow has borrowed a few of such expressions from, they're usually white at times like that.
And 2; something I noticed about Hiccup in previous pages, and I see it on Tuffnut here, under his left eye, the... I'd call disconcerted shadowing, you've colored purple. It looks awkward and makes it seem like they have black eyes. I think it'd do fine with just the lines, no extra coloring needed.
I noticed your conversation on Shadow's page (which is where I discovered you were doing this, which is cool; slow updating or not) and I gathered you're getting directed on which colors to use, so I don't know wither shadow specifically wanted you to color these things like that, but... *shrugs*

Just returning to thank you for your input on the eye coloring(the part where I said it was a chibi-style) As I got further with the coloring that style looks horrible on some. So I'm taking your advise and leaving them white. However I'm only going to do tho with certain expressions.

1. I know what you mean. And I get that fact that the eyes are normally white. However, I am going with a more 'chibi' outlook with the colors for there eyes. But your right. In normal circumstances the eyes are suppose to be white, but with that fact I'm going with chibi looks with the colors there eyes will be filled in.
I know this might/will/is bother(ing) some people but I didn't want to completely take Shadow's and jus color it. I felt I needed to add in my own flair in there somewhere. The base and foundation of the comic will always belong to Shadow(I had to correct someone about that 'came they though I drew this 
2. Those marking are actually suppose to have color. If you've seen any anime then you'd know markings that those represent horror/fear(many scenes from Yu-Gi-Oh!), disgust(sometimes like in Fruits Basket), uneasiness(like Miroku from Inuyasha when he doesn't see but can since Sango's jealousy/rage).
Yes Shadow and I converse and the ref sheet you did of the characters was actually the result of me coloring her comic. Since I didn't know there color asked her for a ref sheet. Which she provided up until I reach the point of Bunny and the other hunters. But by then I think I'll have refs for them up.
As for the why I color, I show Shadow the work first via Sta.sh. And if there's something she doesn't like or something I missed she tell me. For instance, this circles on the character's head's are sort of highlights. I honestly thought they were guides to help her draw the heads right, but I was wrong. She pointed that out and I added the lighting.
You do not need to worry about wether Shadow might like/dislike my coloring methods. I go over it with her first before posted for all too see.
The first Arc(as I'm personally calling it) with the vampires, meeting Toothless and fighting Jack are all already in the clear since between now and then no new coloring method/surprises need be added.
I thank you for your questioned criticism. It's not bad. You were just trying to understand and give me advice if I happened to make a mistake without noticing. And for that I thank you. No matter what it's always the fans that catch the artists mistakes. xP

You're style has seriously improved. Everything is still very stylized and very "you", but the anatomy, sense of perspective, the way you conve emotions and facial expressions have all seriously changed for the better.

I do however really dig what you've done color wise. It's softer than how you usually color, but I think it fits the setting rather nicely.

We're all going fine. Though we're hang issues with the landlord (cause were renting a house, mom doesn't want to buy again seeing a my brother who the baby of us is going to be 18 next year(he's turning 17 in 4 days. XD))
So her, her girlfriend(yes, my mother discovered she's bi… Go figure XD), my brother and possibly my sister(who's the middle child) will all be moving in 6 mother when the lease it up. Me, however, am moving out with a friend. We're starting out apartment hunting next week. ^^

Actually… Hiccup's eyes are to bright/dark. His eyes are more of a mirky-marsh like green as Toothless' are a bright acidic; though blended with different shades and hues to give it that glossy effect.
I just can't stand Hic's actual eye color. >< I don't know why but the it's just a color I'm not to fond of. So I darkened and brightened the green for this. Sorry if it bothers you.
