Description
This is a spirit of the trees, another piece of my personal series about natureΒ΄s spirits.Done in photoshop with a Wacom Intous4.

(bueno, ya se que hablas espaΓ±ol, nee?) la madremonte es un espiritu guardian del bosque que castiga a quien le hace daΓ±o a los animales y a la naturaleza, pero guia a las personas perdidas en el bosque o que cuidan de la naturaleza

BusquΓ© un poco en google y en varias pΓ‘ginas hablaban de la madremonte cΓ³mo si fuera un ser a temer, un poco maligno que causa inundaciones y otro daΓ±os, siempre que leo cosas asΓ pienso que son tergiversaciones que se han hecho a lo largo de la historia y que han crado mucho temor hacia la naturaleza
Muchas gracias por contarme la leyenda, me ha alegrado leer que es un espΓritu bondadoso y protector de la naturaleza
