Response I guess to this:In which the stampmaker asks, "Why can't a man hit a woman if a woman can hit a man? They're equal." and goes on to say in their description that, "Guys should be able to hit girls as much as they can hit a guy."
Because you know.
Spousal abuse needs to be fair since it's an acceptable form of interaction.
It's fun because in either case they're assuming that it's okay for anyone to hit someone else in the first place. Which it isn't.
Anyway so, just a quick one, been kind of busy with stuff lately, haha.

I'd much prefer it if you left a comment here rather than if you pursue this person out of irritation or whateves. If they want to talk, they'll open up comments, I'm sure. That is all.
Quick note again: A few people have mentioned self defense and consensual stuff (like BDSM). This stamp's about nonconsensual violence toward another person specifically.
It's ok to hit someone if it's in self defense as far as I am concerned. And if it's consensual and doesn't break the law, I really don't care what people do in the bedroom. Yup, that's pretty much it.

It is okay to hit each other if it is agreed upon. If a girl punches me in the face (and it hurts) I will punch her back the same as a man. I don't care whether or not other people agree with me on this or not. Might even kick her in the ribs when she drops. Just a thought.

Eh, the point of the stamp is sorta a thing about "female on male abuse is okay" kinda thing, and how there's the whole "don't hit girls" can of soup. Double standard thing.
Hitting people is wrong, but that wasn't really the point of the stamp, I guess is what I'm saying. Do I make sense?

Sort of, haha. I do understand that the message behind it is confronting the "don't hit girls" idea, I didn't quite like the way they presented the message though, lol. Females and males are meant to be viewed as equals, this is true, but to me the stamp seemed to go along the wavelength of "men should be able to hit women, since women apparently can hit men," and I felt I'd throw in my two cents about how hitting people is unacceptable (without their permission, in the case of fetish-ey stuff of course).

I personally don't think it's okay for anyone to hit anyone really, I don't know the girl much or what other stamps she has but I do agree with her that if a woman hits a man the man should be able to do something. Again I'm not saying hitting anyone is okay; but sometimes there are gonna be situation's where you're going to have to use your fists or whatever to stop the person from hitting you.

Holy shit, I've had problems with that gal before. Have you seen this stamp that she made? I gagged a little when I saw it. She also made an Anti-Vorarephile stamp, although she has Pro-Furry and Pro-BDSM stamps, and when I called her out on her bullshit (full story here ) she disabled comments, and then removed the stamp completely.
