This piece is crazy. Straight up.
Great work. I think my favorite part is the face, how you gave it a human mouth/ chin, but the mid region is skull. That gives it more of an odd feeling than a stark skull would have provided. It draws more of a sense of uneasiness, more fear. I love the adornment coming out of her right eye. I'm not entirely sure what it's supposed to be, it looks like a jewel encrusted clock, but it looks really good. It also blends in seamlessly. And that flame essence of red... wow. I like how her head is raised off from her shoulders more than it would be if she were actually human, it helps give her more of an imposing look, making her look more regal. And the spell design going up what would be the neck.
It looks compelling, how it's all coming out of her chest cavity. This just looks like a mobile and sentient statue, something devised completely of evil, for insidious intent.
The wings and arms look great. I love that. It does seem, however, that there are little whispers left of the image artifacting around the cracks in the arm. Mostly on her right side, and the piece floating in front of the wing on her left. Also, I'd consider removing the spell circle from around her knees. You did a lot of work to place her into that field, but the effect is masked and ultimately ruined by the spell. It pulls her out of that reality, and makes her just look "placed" into a background. If you moved it up, or even lower, into the grass itself, that might help. Take these suggestions for what they are worth to you.

This isn't one of my favorites of yours, but it's still really solid. You continue to do well with the black and red scheme. I'm anxious to see how you would do something totally different though.
