It looks simply gorgeous!
I saw the thumbnail and thought, its a simple and gorgeous picture and now I see the full-sized and its a great dark and pretty good detailled artwork. I just love it!
The facial expression/the view of this character ist very eerie and his pose and all the jewelery are well done! And all these red lights make a very good contrast.
You did a pretty good job with this picture!

I have to be honest with you. I am beginning to feel like you are losing inspiration. I have seen this particular character about four times now, and this style you just can't seem to shake. The style I love, but it begins to wear off as you notice that your art is all a repeat of the last thing you did.
Still like it, but I am just trying to give my honest opinion here.

Haha you sound offended. It was an honest opinion, and not a personal shot.
I love your style and wish I could even come close to this. I just looked into your gallery and this is further down than the full piece, did you recently update this? I think you updated it and I took it as your submitting it for a third time. Sorry for the mix up.
If this was a resubmission I would have been right about the four appearances. (the avatar, the concept, the full work, and the update) I have a short term memory (adhd) and can't remember what I specifically saw in the past, but I remember the context. I just remember this specific character of the same picture (back ground changed once, and cropping once, but still the same picture) and that was the first thing that came to mind.
Next time I will look into your gallery instead of going off of how seeing him again made me feel. I will make sure that you have changed it up rather than thinking you submitted basically the same thing over again.
I apologize if the mix up had you shaken up. I also wanted to add that your style is one of my favorites among the DA artists (what I said in the first comment was that seeing him over and over made me think that the style was all you knew, but each separate piece looks amazing and very different on their own. Once you think someone has lost inspiration you automatically begin to nitpick) Perhaps you could change the title in the future to "blah blah update" or "blah blah rework" just so people with short memories and attention spans won't jump to conclusions, but that is my problem and not yours. You do what you like in the future and never mind me.
Since this was a mix up you can hide the comment after your done reading (and possibly replying) so that it doesn't take up space in your submission page.
