What's up with Ulrich's Eyes? Excited? Nice though, Like the drawing and coloring. I think you did the Slash from Yumi's hair line a bit to thick...Should've been Start>Thickness>to Thining. For some reason I don't like the Background you Gave the Pic. All-the-Less, Beautiful!

Advance critique, eh? Well, then... Her right hand does not look very correct. If you take a look at your own, the distance between finger base and thumb base is not that far apart, especially not when you hold something. That's the only bad thing I can find ^_^ i really like the style you used, very stylised. Their eyes are very expressionate.
