No blueprint for this one, was the first vehicle I did with just 3 reference pics. The ship is from a PS2 game called "R-Type Final". Some japanese geek designed it, I love japanese design

Yes 3dmax, rendered with V-Ray Plugin. I must really say that it's worth to learn modelling, cause when you once learned it you can build everything you want. I have to say that I spend a lot of time modelling cause I am beginning to study architecture at the university at the moment and wanted to learn 3d stuff before that, So for 4 months I worked almost every evening and at weekend the half night long.

One could say that is a little much, but in the future when our PC's are so fast that we can render cg films, like final fantasy, at home, I want to really do film for private purpose.
