CHARACTER & STORY

Character : Volünd is maybe the most adorable horse on earth. He's pretty smart, patient and curious. Vol is the kind of horse so sociable that he's going to follow any horse or human which he appreciate. When he decided that your are his favourite mate of the moment, he'll always be here to ask for hugs and strokes. He love more than anything to be groomed by humans. When you go to the stallions' field to pick up a horse for work, he'll always be the first in the front of the door, even if you don't come for him. And if the rider pick another one, he'll sulk the rider for some days. So, usually, Vol' go out his field at minima 3 times a day just to be grooming by another rider when the rider who is going to ride another horse groom his horse to go to work. In one word, Vol is literally adorable. And he have such a huge charism, wherever he pass, people generally notice him. In work, he is a complete another horse. Motivated, combative, competitive, full of energy, easily concentrate and attentive, he totally change his mind. But even if he reveal himself like a passionnated horse in work, he'll never be agressive at all with other horses in competitions for example. In contrary, even if in the track he's like unstoppable, as soon as he go out the track, he'll search to apporach the others horses to say "hello" and "would you be my friend ?". So, this boy is just one of the easiest horse to care during everyday life.

Story : Vol is a Drengir Hross and he's born in the official breeding place of the breed, the Drengir Hross Estate. Volünd had a quiet and a peaceful life beginning, in a field, surrounded by others Drengir Horses and some nannies. When he was 4 years old, he begin a endurance training and according to his character and his capacities, it was decided that keep him in the estate to be a reproductive stallion. During this time, he was training and participate in some competitions where he was well-classed. But finally, some years later, the breeders notice that this horse was depressed because of the lot of departures of his mares and mates for France. So, the breeders decided to give him to IHS, where they was sure that he'd have a more steady life. When Caelyne and her staff received it, they was enchanted by his temperament and his charism. According to the flexibility of the skills of this horse, it was decided that all riders will trained him in their own discipline.
