With it come new details

The Ivory Hill Stables are placed in the south of the France, just between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean sea, in the Languedoc-Roussillon land.
The complex was, in the past, a big competition complex, which where deserted after the financial ruins of its previous owners, a couple of breeders. That's why the complex was sold to Caelyne Fawkes's parents with a really low prices. When they have buy it, all are ruins, and with their friends and because they had some precious contacts, they have rebuilt it in only five years. After that, they have buy their own competition horses, two frenchsaddlebred, now deceased. But they was the foundation of their new breeding place. That was 30 years ago. Now, they considered themselves like too old to lead the stables daily-life and let it to their daughter. But they continue to lead the stables administration.

1 - Main entrance / main road : The IHS are located in a dead end road, whithout any other access. They are far about 25 kms from the nearest big city. So, we can say that IHS are a pretty quiet and secure place.
2 - The Central Place : This is a little park with some tree, which have a rounded shape. It permit a easier circulation to lead all the places of the estate by an maintain way.
3 - The Manor : All the Estate of Ivory Hill Stables was build around a big old manor, build during the 17th century in old english style. The land story said that the builder of the manor was an english lord who wanted to establish himself in south of France, after he fell in love with the region. In the manor, we find the offices of all the staff, a big dining room, a living room a common kitchen, a bal room, 2 auditoriums for the conferences and theorical lessons (one little of 30 places and one big of 70 places), a library and the apartments of the Fawkes' family. All of this is dividing up between3 floors.
4 - The employee's quarters : The old manor have a lot of annexes, which have different purposes. One of them is the place where some flats were fitted out for the staff.
5 - The guest's quarters : The second outhouse is like a little hostel, with a lot of rooms with bathrooms, a big common diner room and a big living room. In brief, all the ideal facilities to welcome guests in the stables.
6 - The parking : The Ivory Hill Stables have a big parking which have the capacity to receive approximatively 20 cars and 5 entire show horses trucks.
7 - The Stables : The estate have a big building which have three different wings. All wings have 18 boxes. These boxes are all 3 meters depth and 4 meters width. The center of the three wings is the caring and saddling arena. In the left of all the wings, instead of 2 boxes, there are 2 horses showers for 2 wings and for the last one a little solarium. For the menthal health of the horses, the gender of the horses are mixed in the wings. Our stables works by individuals affinities, no matter what gender they are. We just try to don't let too much mares around the stallions to avoid them to be disturbed. The stables are used only during the night. During the day, whatever the season, all the horses are in the fields. 10 of these boxes are reserved for the guests horses.

8 - The saddlery & the club house : The saddlery and the club house are located in a little building, which was an ancient outhouse of the manor, certainly the steward house. The house have 2 floors. In the ground floor, you can find the saddlery, where all horses have their own tacks for each discipline. All tack is custom-made for each horse. You can also find in the club-house, aka "The staff everyday meeting room". This is in this place that the schedule of all the staff, like what they have to do or which horse they have to ride and when, is displayed, as the rations of the horses or the show schedule. In the first floor of the building is a stock room for horses food.

9 - The indoor arena : The indoor arena is an arena of 30 width and 60 meters lenght. It is big enough to welcome some indoor shows during winter or to just work some horses in the same time whithout disturb others riders and horses when the weather is bad. The indoor arena can be heat up during autumn and winter.

10 - The dressage arena : The dressage arena is an arena especially for dressage discipline. The dimensions are 20 meters width and 60 meters lenght. The arena can be lighted for the end of the evening.
11 - The lunging rounds : The lunging rounds have each a 16 meters diameter. The lunging rounds can be lighted for the end of the evening.
12 - The outdoor everydays arena : The outdoor everyday arena is the place where the riders of the Ivory Hill Stables works in the majority of the year, especially for show jumping, dressage or other disciplines. The dimensions are 50 meters width and 70 meters lenght. The arena can be lighted for the end of the evening.

13 - The outdoor shows arena : The outdoor shows arena of the Ivory Hill Stables have big dimensions to have the ability to host big show jumping shows during summer. It have the dimensions of 60 meters width and 100 meters lenght. All around the arena, they are big light spots to host nocturnal shows.
14 - The crosscountry area : The crosscountry arena is a big and wild arena, which is kept correctly to allow the riders to do some cross country in all season, even if between the end of autumn and in winter, this place is pretty leave by the staff.
15 - Little paddocks : These two little fields are designed to host horses which have some difficulties to appreciate other ones. The staff of IHS restrict the number of horses in these field about 2 horses maximum per field.
16 - Guests fields : These fields are reserved for the horses of the guests.
17 - Field 1 : As the stables, the fields are gender-mixed, but the stallions are not mixed with the mares here. Only geldings and mares or geldings and stallions. The horses herds are composed by affinities.
18 - Field 2 : As the stables, the fields are gender-mixed, but the stallions are not mixed with the mares here. Only geldings and mares or geldings and stallions. The horses herds are composed by affinities.
19 - Field 3 : As the stables, the fields are gender-mixed, but the stallions are not mixed with the mares here. Only geldings and mares or geldings and stallions. The horses herds are composed by affinities.
20 - Pregnant mares and young foals field : This field is reserved only for the mares and their foals. The foals are with their mothers to their natural weaning. After that, the youngstocks are introcued in other herds.
21 - Birth stables : These little stables are reserved for the mares near to their foal's birth. All of the boxes have sounds detectors and movements movie camera to permit to the vet to react fastly. The boxes are larger than the usual boxes, they are 4 meters depth and 5 meters width.
22 - Little vet clinic : The IHS have their own little veterinarian clinic. The clinic is relative to a doctor's surgury. There is no installations for an surgery or some radiologies, but you can find it a horse scale, a treadmill and some breeding vet stuff.
23 - Private lakes of the estate : The estate have 2 private lakes and their little beaches, not too large and not too deep. An excellent place to swim in summer for humans and horses.
24 - Private forest of the estate : All the estate is surrounded by a forest which is entirely private around 100 hectares around the estate. This forest is traveling by a lot of trips ways and some endurance ways.
