Sally and seek were siblingsΒsally and screech were 12 year old twins
when they all visited the hotel seek was killed by rush and turned into an entity
Sally got grabbed out the window by one of seek's armsΒ
screech got caught by stopping to try to help sally
Sally and screech were both decapitated
Everyone is conscious and aware of who they are unless someone is traversing the hotel
seek and window both remember that he couldn't control himself and killed screech and herself
