Yeah, it's a good way to prevent people from bidding the last second though. If you do 24 hours since the deviation is posted, you'll just get someone trying to scoop it the last 20 minutes <.<

Perhaps, but at the same time, it could make an auction necessarily long. So it's probably not the best method if you need money soon, but that doesn't seem to be the case here.

If you need money soon you're better off just offering a set price anyway, at least from my expirience.
