Testing out the new scanner. This is HB pencil drawn on Bristol paper, scanned with tones added in Clip Studio. Some people talk about being rusty with the pencil after working digitally for a long time. I find the opposite. Working in pencil is much easier now, but I don't know if it's because of positive digital habits, or just because I'm older and better than my pencil days back in 2012 or so. Either way, pencil is super fun now. Definitely going to be doing more natural media stuff on the side.
