It's meant for Mac, but you can always use a software to convert .icns to .ico

Very well done.
Just to be technical, that's actually a cartridge, not a bullet. The bullet is the part that actually hits the target. The shell casing around it just holds the gunpowder and primer which propels the bullet after ignition.
