I really don't know much about the film submission thing, all I have ever seen anyone upload is Flash... since I don't have a way to create flash, I just use animated GIF and animated PNG... but those are rather limited in size. Not sure about mp4, or any other format.

Best thing to do is check all the help stuff although I don't think there is much info there, can try asking the admins or maybe there is a chat or forum?
