Hmm, I am bad at explaining but I try my best! first of all the white tank is a 10litre water bottle, then I made the black thing, it's made of cardboard what I made round and fit to the bottle, then mixed them together with clue, the ammo-shooter there is 5 plastic pipes.
and the whole thing it's on is made of mostly cardboard and "sleeping bed" (what scouts use sleeping on them on camps.) between the cardboard to make them tighter.. I hope this somehow easies your job!

Acctualy it took only 3 days because it's not well made and I need to make another one :'D But thank you! I was surprised my self how similar we look.
