1. Introduction (written by the original post writer)Recently there are a lot of people who said they can't understand what is going on in the "Eeveelution Squad".
So that I looked up submissions of PKM-150, carefully researched the complicated life(s) of the main character, Speed the Jolteon. And researched what is going on with the multiple timelines things.
The conclusions are beneath here. Hopes the article can help other Eeveelution Squad fans to understand the story.
2. The Original Timeline, the beginning of everything
Let start from the first timeline(the Original Timeline).
PKM-150 drew some short comics about a story between a Jolteon and a Sylveon, which can be found in a sub-folder called "Comic Special" within the "Pokemon Shorts" main-folder.
It seems to be related to the "Eeveelution Squad" by now. The timeline where Alan the Jolteon and Stella the Sylveon were in is the beginning of every other timeline. Why they are related instead of two different stories? Let explain it from the time when Alan is still an Eevee.
Once upon a time, there was an Eevee who never seen his parents(because they were all killed). He named himself as "Speed", his younger sister as "Crystal", his younger brother as "Solarflare".

(Alan's parents were both killed by wild Pokemon, according to a reply of PKM-150 which is made for answering a question asked by someone.)
But one day, there was a Feraligatr broke inside of their house and eaten Speed's brother and sister. Only Speed was able to escape and survived. His heart was broken. He decided to change his name into "Alan", and moved to a nearby town. Since he is an uncivilized wild Pokemon, he is not welcomed by residents of the town. He was treated with inequality. He was very lonely.
7 years passed, when an Eevee named "Stella" who wore a pink ribbon was being bullied by some other Pokemon, Alan saved her and left very quickly. Later, Stella met Alan again. She got his name and said she is willing to befriend with him. Alan finally found some who will accompany him and listen to him. However, a few days later, Stella went on a trip and left the town. Alan still didn't know her name by this time.

Some time has passed, Alan evolved into a Jolteon. Stella also evolved into a Sylveon and returned to the town. But Alan didn't recognize her in the beginning and formed a rescue team with her. Later Alan finally noticed that Stella is the Eevee he met when he was small.

More time has passed, Alan and Stella started to fall in love. But there was an Umbreon, Black. He told Alan that due to Alan is a weirdo in the eyes of other residents of the town, being a boyfriend of Stella had made Stella bullied by other residents. Because Alan felt he was the one responsible for making Stella being bullied, he broke up with her. After they broke up, when Alan exploring a ruined town that was destroyed by some wild Pokemon, he found and adopted the kids who had survived.
That why later in journal "The voice from different world", Stella mentioned "We did break up once", and Alan said "I used to take care of a lot of kids before they left and started their own lives".
By the way, in this timeline, Black the Umbreon and Pearl the Espeon were fell in love much earlier than "Eeveelution Squad Timeline". Stella and Pearl are also close friends in this timeline. Pearl met Alan for once.

After some challenges, Alan and Stella finally get married and had their kid. Stella said if it is a boy, name it "Moonlight". If it is a girl, name it "Sunshine".
(In journal "The voices from different world", we can safely assume that A??? is Alan, and S??? is Stella.)
However, happy life was too short. Before the egg was hatched, a tragedy happened. When Alan and Stella went on a mission to arrest an outlawed, they were separated halfway. The outlaw killed Stella for not getting captured.
Later, the egg left by Stella was hatched, it a girl. Alan named the Eevee as "Sunshine" and raised her by himself. Yet, when Sunshine was five, she sneaked out, went to the Wish cave, and tried to find Jirachi. Unfortunately, she was killed by wild Pokemon in the room before the final room. When Alan found out she was missing, it was already too late.

Alan dropped down and cried while he was holding the dead body of Sunshine. He muttered "I wish none of this ever happened in the first place". Jirachi heard the wish and granted it.

And this wish, changed the "reality".
Because of this wish, the world was restarted. Sunshine never born, Alan never met Stella. Everything was restarted.
But, there is one new thing that never appears in the Original Timeline This new kind of creature brings disasters to those new worlds. The name of it is «Amorphnisms».
The timeline before the wish was granted is the «Original Timeline».
After the wish, this new kind of creature, «Amorphnisms», infected Pokemon and controlled their mind. With this, lives we know were wiped out of existence on the planet. The world was destroyed.
And then the world was once again restarted, that «Amorphnisms» was once again destroyed the world. This is the so-called «Cycle of Rebirth». The world was restarted many times, which created a lot of different timelines. Characters and events in those timelines are different from each other, but all of them are doomed to be destroyed. The world was trapped in this cycle. No matter how good those timelines were, they always ended with the appearance of «Amorphnisms».
Is there anyone who can end the cycle?
And what exactly is «Amorphnisms»?
3. What is «Amorphnisms»?
Picture from the panel at the bottom left corner on the last page of Special Chapter 8. After getting the original picture, adjusting the brightness and some other parameters, the shadow in this picture can be seen clearly. This shadow is not Fluffy, it is Sunshine (from the Original Timeline).
In the Original Timeline, Alan(Speed) the Jolteon made the wish, "I wish none of this ever happened in the first place", to Jirachi.
(For now, no one knows whether he made the wish to Jirachi face to face, or it is just Jirachi heard the wish while he was talking to himself.)
At that moment, Alan already lost everything he loves. His parents, his siblings, his wife, and his daughter are all killed. The happy family he built up with blood and sweat was once again broken. He thought the world took everything from him.
Because of the hatred towards the world of Alan(Speed) the Jolteon, and the power of granting any wish from Jirachi, one new bizarre creature was created. They call themselves «Amorphnisms» because they don't have a fixed form or a fixed appearance. They call Alan(Speed) as «Father» and call Jirachi as «God».

And their original self is the soul of a 5 years old Eevee, Sunshine(Original Timeline). She had been killed by wild Pokemon. Her soul is trapped in the Original Timeline and turned into countless "pieces". Each "piece" is an individual of «Amorphnisms». That why beavers of those Amorphnisms look like kids.
In journal "The Truth", after Speed 2.0 puts those "pieces" together in the spiritual world, an Eevee with half of its tail and ear being bite can be seen.

They are controlled by negative emotions of the "Father". This kind of negative emotion is the source of their power. Therefore, the purpose of their actions was killing any being they could found, for continuing the hatred of the "Father".
But it is not their true purpose. One of their true purposes is reclaiming what they have lost. Reclaiming all the "pieces" of the soul of Sunshine(Original Timeline).

In «Eeveelution Squad Timeline», Amorphnisms are also called as "Berserker virus". Once the "virus" touches other creatures, it will infect the creature. And the "virus" may cause its host to go berserk, lost it's consciousness or lost its sanity.
Bitten by infected Pokemon will not cause infections. Only directly touching the virus will cause infections.
Once the virus touched the host, the virus will take approximately 1 hour to absorb the blood in the host for reproducing, store its offsprings in the heart of its host, and as well as taking over the body of its host. The number of its offsprings depends on how much blood it has absorbed. If the host doesn't have blood(such as Metagross), it takes over the body immediately, but unable to reproduce. Once the body of the host becomes unusable(such as rotten or dismembered), the virus(es) will leave the host and find a new host. Therefore, only destroying the heart of infected creatures and killing them directly can completely stop it from spreading away.
Dead bodies can be infected by the virus, as long as those bodies are in good condition and not rotten. All infected creatures can get a power boost which will only last for a few minutes (1~10 minutes, the average is 5 minutes). But it takes time to "recharge" the power boost for using again (required time depend on the category of the virus infection).
Berserker virus infections can be classified into 3 categories. The category of the infection can be identified 1 hour after the host is infected.
«Category 1», approximately 70% of all infections will be in Category 1. Amorphnisms call this category of them as "Berserker". The Berserker virus(Amorphnisms) will absorb all the blood within the host (this is the reason why they won't bleed), and hijack the nervous system of its host. Result in the death of its host. But the body of its host will not become a regular dead body after the host is dead. Instead, the host will be resurrected back to life without blood and the original consciousness of the host. Make the host become a mindless monster, like zombies.
When this category of infected creature use power boost, their attack, and special attack is multiplied approximately by 25. After the power boost ended, 1 year of "recharge" is required to use the power boost again.
Category 1 won't actively attack Category 2. But Category 1 will actively attack and eat Category 3 because Category 3 is "Traitors" to Category 1. Moreover, Category 1 will obtain the power(attack and special attack are multiplied by 50) of Category 3 by eating them. But it won't turn the infection category from Category 1 to Category 3 unless the host doesn't have any form of blood and heart. Most of the infected Pokemon which Speed(Eeveelution Squad Timeline) has faced is Category 1.
«Category 2», approximately 25% of all infections will be in Category 1. Amorphnisms call this category of them as "Psycho". Instead of all the blood being absorbed by the virus, the host survives. But the host will become insane permanently. When this category of infected creature gets power boosted and go berserk, their attack and special attack are multiplied approximately by 10. After the power boost ended, 1 month of "recharge" is required to use the power boost again. If this category of infected creatures dead (with a highly functional dead body), the infection category will turn into Category 1.
In comic "Eeveelution Squad" Special Chapter, there was a Lucario attacked the laboratory of Robert the Ampharos. The Lucario was infected with infection Category 2.
Category 2 won't actively attack Category 1. But Category 2 will actively attack and eat Category 3 because Category 3 is "Cures" to Category 2. Category 2 will return to their sanity and obtain the power(attack and special attack are multiplied by 50) of Category 3 by eating them. Moreover, the infection category will turn into Category 3.
Speed(Eeveelution Squad Timeline) has faced a mad infected scientist with infection Category 2, Grey the Alakazam. And the intelligence of Grey the Alakazam has boosted as well. (In comic "Late night" page 6, Ali mentioned there are 68% of chance of this phenomenon will happen.)
«Category 3», approximately 5% of all infections will be in Category 1. Amorphnisms call this category of them as "Outcast". The host will neither be killed nor become insane. The will virus bond with its host and form a symbiotic relationship. When the host gets emotional fluctuated, the host will go berserk and get power boosted. Attack and special attack multiplication of the power boost of Category 3 are approximately 50. After the power boost ended, 1 week of "recharge" is required to use the power boost again. But while power boosted, the power boost status can be exit earlier than it could. Once the host learned how to control the power boost, the host can use the power boost without going berserk.
There are 7 stages of Category 3, and each stage can unlock new abilities of the respective stages. Reaching the highest stage(Stage 7) can even able to control infected creatures with Category 1 or 2 infection.
A Category 3(person A) can transfer the virus from its body to another Category 3(person B) body. Therefore person B will master the control of abilities of Category 3, and freely use the abilities without having their stamina drained. This process called "True Rebirth". For achieving this process, the transfer of the virus from person A is required. It can be person A willingly transfer the virus to person B, or person B devours person A.
The "Fluffy" within Flare the Flareon, the "Starlight" within Solar the Leafeon, the "Mei" within Ali the Pikachu are Category 3.
For the host of Category 3, the virus(Amorphnisms) appears in their mind. The appearances of the Amorphnisms is usually the same as the appearances the host (such as when Flare was infected not very long, the Amorphnisms in the mind of Flare was looked like a male Eevee). But some Amorphnisms can change their appearances freely(Such as Flare likes Sunshine(Eeveelution Squad Timeline) by a lot. Fluffy imitates the appearance, the voices and speaking patterns of Sunshine.).
Amorphnisms can communicate with the host within the mind of the host. When the bonding between the Amorphnisms and the host becomes higher, the appearances of the Amorphnisms will become more realistic(Such as when Flare was just infected, Fluffy was just a bunch of black liquid. When the bonding between Flare and Fluffy became higher, Fluffy started to look like a real Eevee.)
If the bonding is low, the Amorphnisms can only talk to it host inside a dream while the host is sleeping. If the bonding reaches the top, the Amorphnisms and the host can talk to each other anytime they want. Or even combine the mind of the Amorphnisms and the host.

The virus can infect neither Legendary Pokemon nor Mythical Pokemon. If the virus touched those Pokemon, the virus will just become inactive.

Even the physical body of an Amorphnisms is destroyed, Amorphnisms will not just being disappeared. They will continue to exist in a place called the "memory path" in their spiritual form. And this "memory path" connecting all the Amorphnisms in every single timeline they have existed.
There are a lot of creatures able to use their own power to manipulate Amorphnisms for achieving their objectives. But, once the physical form of Amorphnisms gone, they "steal" the power of their "master" and use them in different timelines. The more powerful the "master" was, the more powerful they will become. However, most of the Amorphnisms are not intelligent enough to use the power they have stole.

The "Father"(Speed) can use the "Turbo Boost power" to enter the memory path. (the reasons will be mentioned later in this article)
The "Ultimus"(Flare) also can enter the memory path. And he can use the memory path to know what happened in other timelines. As well as memories of himself in other timelines. (what is "Ultimus" will be mentioned later as well)
4. «Turbo Energy»

It is similar to the power boost of creatures that infected with the Berserker virus. When Speed has emotionally fluctuated, the "Turbo Boost mode" will be turned on. His eyes will turn to shine blue, his speed and his fighting power will be highly boosted. But if he used this power more than 30 seconds, he will feel like his body is being ripped apart by an unknown force, very painful. If it is used for too long, his eyes and ears will bleed. If he doesn't have the healing power which is given by Jirachi, he could have died.
When he was participating in the tournament, he used this power to defeated the former champion Plasma the Blaziken.
When he was facing Grey the Alakazam, a mad scientist, his "Turbo Boost mode" was fully awakened because Grey said something about Blizz which made him emotionally fluctuated. The energy released was great enough to blow up the power armor Speed was wearing. Grey said "...that one and only blue-eyed Berserker, «Primus»...", and "...one of the two original Berserkers...".
(Personal assumption, "two original Berserkers" refer to Speed. Another one might be the Sunshine from the Original Timeline or Flare)

Trace found out that this phenomenon is due to Speed's body will produce an unknown power. When the «Turbo Boost» is used, it releases more power than every power source they had. Trace thinks the Turbo Boost contains infinite power, very scary. Trace named it as "Turbo Energy", and he developed the "T-Energy Core" (full name: "Turbo-based Energy Core"). It uses the "Turbo Energy" of Speed to power up his power armor.

Later in the journal "Hidden War", Speed 2.0 found out the true source of the power. The Turbo Boost is the power of the «Primus». This power is fueled with countless souls of those who were consumed(eaten by creatures that infected with Berserker virus) and had their bodies were stolen (infected by Berserker virus) by Amorphnisms from many different timelines and universes. This power bonded with the soul of the «Primus». As long as the «Cycle of Rebirth» is not broken, the power cannot be removed and it will continue to exist.
And the «Primus» is Speed. And every single and every form of Amorphnisms are «Victus».
Speed(Alan) created Amorphnisms. Amorphnisms killed a lot of lives. And the souls of those who were killed like a curse cursed on Speed. They all want to kill Speed, no matter what timeline he is in. But Speed is able to use the "curse" to boost himself somehow. This is the so-called "Turbo Energy".
In some sense, Speed is kind of a Berserker Pokemon. It is just his eyes turn blue instead of red.
5. «Ultimus»
«Ultimus» is a creature that shared the same bloodline as the «Father»(Speed), closely related to him, and it has to be an "Outcast (a creature with virus infection Category 3)". «Ultimus» is also a status of the host and the Amorphnisms merged their mind. Only the «Ultimus» has the power capable of ending the Cycle of Rebirth.
«Ultimus» can enter the "memory path" and use it to see what happened in other timelines. As well as accessing memories in other timelines of themselves for knowing the purpose of the born of Amorphnisms.
And there are a lot of traces that have shown that the «Ultimus» is Flare.
In the journal "The Truth", Speed met Sunshine(the Original Timeline) in the spiritual world. Sunshine said "I had a dream... There was a fluffy mon(ster) who came from a very far away place... To fulfill my unfulfilled wish... He brought hope...". The "fluffy monster" she mentioned is Flare. Maybe Flare will find what Sunshine has lost. Breaks the «Cycle of Rebirth» and making the world won't be destroyed anymore. Making the world continue as it should.
By the way, in the journal "Breaking Point III", Speed 2.0 used his EV system and made the Amorphnisms "Mei" inside of Ali the Pikachu evolved into the highest stages. Making "Mei" had the abilities of the «Ultimus», which is talking to its host without the host in sleep or dream. It is just not as strong as the real «Ultimus». It revealed that in some sense, «Ultimus» is just the highest stage of Amorphnisms.

Amorphnisms are "pieces" of the soul of Sunshine(Original Timeline).
The «Father» is Speed. The «Primus» is also Speed.
Flare will reclaim all the "pieces" of the soul of Sunshine(Original Timeline). Save the soul of Sunshine(Original Timeline). Breaks the «Cycle of Rebirth», and save the world.

6. Solar the Leafeon

Once upon a time, there was an Eevee who never seen his parents. He named himself as "Speed", his younger sister as "Crystal", his younger brother as "Solarflare".
---- It feels so familiar, isn't it? Because it is another multiverses(timeline). The same thing and similar things happened countless times in different timelines.
One day, there was a Feraligatr broke inside of their house. Thankfully this time the front roof of the house was fallen down and blocked the entrance. The Feraligatr was unable to get in and it decided to left the house. The 3 Eevee didn't get hurt. But this incident traumatized Speed. Since then, Speed started to train and wanted to be stronger.
Later on, Speed befriended with a Shinx named "Trace". They formed a rescue team called "Yellow Thunder". From the being, there was an Absol named "Shade" kept attacked Speed since he is a wild Pokemon. After Speed was officially registered, Shade kept constantly obstruct him and became a rival with Trace. Speed also befriended with an Eevee named "Silvia".
In this timeline, there was no berserker Lucario attacked the laboratory of Robert the Ampharos. The attack in Eeveelution Squad Special Chapter 1 never happened here, and the evolution medals were never made.
«Differences between this timeline and Eeveelution Squad 1»
Silvia brought Speed and Trace to met the Manaphy. Trace thinks if Manaphy exists, Jirachi must also exist. So that he suggested Speed to go to find Jirachi together.
Therefore, Speed and Trace went to the Wish Cave. During the trip, Speed evolved into a Jolteon. Then they successfully found Jirachi, and Trace wished to have a Heal Factor for both Speed and himself.
«Differences between this timeline and Eeveelution Squad 2»
After the wishes, Jirachi fell back to sleep. Speed and Trace were both feel sad about it.

Crystal found the evolution stones (collected by Speed) and evolved into a Vaporeon. Solarflare didn't want to evolve with evolution stone. But in this timeline Crystal didn't force him to do so.

Speed thought it would be unfair to participate in the tournament with his healing factor. Therefore he didn't join. It caused Shade the Absol to win the tournament. Speed was not happy with it.
«Differences between this timeline and Eeveelution Squad 5. In the Eeveelution Squad Timeline, Jirachi hasn't sleep yet by this point. Speed wished to remove the healing factor. Later he joined the tournament and became champion.»
Doctor Robert sent Speed to an abandoned laboratory for investigating the Berserker virus. The reason why Robert sent a child was there almost no one believes the existence of Berserker Pokemon. Most people think they are just some wild Pokemon with higher attacks. Speed found a pair of bracelets called "Obsidian Brawlers" in the abandoned laboratory. But later, a co-worker of Doctor Robert informed Speed that the bracelets he found were just ordinary bracelets.
Speed wanted to search for more information and sneaked out for the abandoned laboratory. This time he found more information about the bracelets. But he was eaten by a Venusaur while he was going deeper inside the laboratory. Since his healing power could not revive him from death, he was gone forever.
«Differences between this timeline and Eeveelution Squad 6. In Eeveelution Squad Timeline, because Trace wished one more wish to Jirachi, Speed obtained a new healing power. With the new healing power, if Speed dies unnaturally(die from non-aging causes), he will be revived back to life. That why he was eaten by the Venusur but suddenly reappeared on the surface.»
Sometimes later, Solarflare (maybe he likes others to call him "Solar") evolved into a Leafeon, and named his Amorphnisms as "Starlight".
«Differences between this timeline and Eeveelution Squad 7»
One day, there was a meteor, which contained the «Space Virus», landed on the continent where Solar lives. The so-called "passive one" will bond with the host and allow its host to temporarily transforms into something similar to Deoxys. The "aggressive one" will infect their host and mutate their body permanently. Turn their host into mindless rampaging Deoxys like monsters.
Later the Space Virus combined with dead Amorphnisms (which is the black burning liquid that pours out from the heart of a Berserker after their heart was pierced). Created a new kind of "Virus", the «Deomorph». It has a strong capability of shapeshifting, regeneration and multiplying through severed limbs. It started to evolve for overcoming their weaknesses, assimilating more and more copses and living creatures as the time going.
At this moment, Solar the Leafeon might already reach the highest stage with Starlight, unlocked the memory path and revived the message from the previous last timeline, "To you, decades from now on". He listened to the message and learned the truth of «Cycle of Rebirth». But once again, the world was getting destroyed.
(The reason of "To you, decades from now on" is a message before Solar is, the message said they already faced Arceus for 258 times. Solar said he is the 259th Sorlarflare who met Arceus in journal "Shattered Memories".)
For fighting the «Deomorph», Solar made himself infected with a passive Space Virus. However, the Deomorph was kept evolving and became stronger and stronger. Solar's side didn't become stronger accordingly. In the end, they lost to the Deomorph, his companions fall down one by one. Solar and Starlight called out Arceus with all of their anger. Arceus stated that it can't do anything about it and told Solar to find the "light orbs", which is something left by different Sorlarflare of different timelines. All "light orbs" are located at the place where they met Arceus for the last time. Arceus also said these "light orbs" will guide them to fulfill their role.
This way, the world where Solar was in is destroyed just like other timelines. But it seems to Solar found the "light orbs" and his consciousness was transferred to Eeveelution Squad Timeline. (In comic "Eeveelution Squad" Special Chapter 9, while Flare was fighting CC.)
The world of Solar is officially destroyed.
Later in Eeveelution Squad Timeline, while Flare the Flareon and CC were fighting each other, Flare saw the light orbs and touched it. After a few moments, Solar the Leafeon entered and temporarily used Flare body to fight CC.
That night, Flare dreamed of the scenes of the journal "Shattered Memories" where Solar faced the Arceus. On the second day, while Flare was napping on a train, he met Solar. Solar brought Flare in the memory path. They discovered that in the Eeveelution Squad Timeline, infectious Berserk Virus is wiped out before the Space Virus appeared and the Space Virus is also wiped out. Which means it should be impossible for the Deomorph to appear. Base on this, Solar judged that Eeveelution Squad Timeline is safe for now. Solar also checked the reason for Speed being disappeared in his timeline on the way.
(According to comic "Eeveelution Squad" Special Chapter 10 while Solar was bringing Flare to explore the memory path, and journal "Shattered Memories" for the scenes of Solar facing Arceus.)
(Since most of the things in Solar's timeline(before Speed dead) are the same as Eeveelution Squad Timeline, some details of some events in this timeline are brought from journal "Bond and Trust" and journals "Plots of Golden Age".
7. The Eeveelution Squad Timeline. Everything looks all right, except it's isn't.
Even though most of the multiverse are basically the same in the beginning, there is a difference that stands out. That difference is the mother of Speed didn't die. Let start the story from her mother.
Once upon a time, there is an Eevee name "Mollie". The wild Eevee tribe she in was in a war. Mollie and her older brother "Ralph" ran away together and met a kind male Eevee name "Jin", who came from an enemy tribe. Sometime after that, they lived together and relies on each other. Mollie evolved into a Flareon. Ralph evolved into an Umbreon. Jin evolved into a Jolteon. Later, Mollie and Jin started a family together and laid 3 eggs.
But one day, there was a Rhydon attacked their house while they were returning their house. Ralph and Jin were killed and one of the legs of Mollie was lost. After the attack, Mollie was saved by Rin and Bolt. Since then she lived in their house. Since then she lives in their house and thought her kids(eggs) were killed. But didn't know 3 eggs of her were still intact.

From here the story will start from Speed.
Once upon again, there was an Eevee who never seen his parents. He named himself as "Speed", his younger sister as "Crystal", his younger brother as "Solarflare". One day, there was a Feraligatr broke inside of their house. Thankfully this time the front roof of the house was fallen down and blocked the entrance. The Feraligatr was unable to get in and it decided to left the house. The 3 Eevee didn't get hurt.
Later on, Speed befriended with a Shinx named "Trace". They formed a rescue team called "Yellow Thunder". From the being, there was an Absol named "Shade" kept attacked Speed since he is a wild Pokemon. After Speed was officially registered, Shade kept constantly obstruct him until some point of the story. Speed also befriended with an Eevee named "Silvia". He didn't tell his siblings about it.
Someday, Speed's little brother Solarflare touched a black goo-like thing while he was in the garden. He was infected by the Berserker virus (Amorphnisms) from this point. Later while he was taking nap, he saw an Eevee like thing with red eyes on it, which created by some black goo. Although he didn't know it, from now on he is a «Category 3 Berserker».
Frost the Glaceon is a colleague and a friend of Speed. As well as the older brother of Black. The parents of Black and Frost were both killed by wild Pokemon. And Black thinks that if the rescuers or explorers had arrived earlier, his parents would have survived. This was the reason for Black hates rescuers and explorers.
In Special Chapter 1, while a berserked Lucario was attacking the laboratory of Robert the Ampharos, a prototype of fire type «Evolution Medals» made Speed evolved into a Flareon and controlled his mind. This medal was similar to the «Thunder Medal»(Speed 2.0) later in the story. Capable of copying personalities(the first host only) and memories of the host. As well as capable of evolving the host temporary with the E.V. System and making the host go berserk with the «Berserk Mode». Because Frost used that prototype medal before, the medal copied the memories of Frost and past down his memories to Speed while Speed was using it.
Later Frost was killed by wild Pokemon while he was saving Black. Speed has the memory of Frost, he took care of Black like what Frost did. But since Black didn't like rescuers and explorers, Speed lied about his job as well as his real name.
In Special Chapter 6, Speed and Trace met Mana the Manaphy with the lead of Silvia. Trace thinks if a Mythical Pokemon like Manaphy can exist, Jirachi must exist as well. He suggested Speed to find Jirachi together.
As a result of that, Speed and Trace went to the Wish Cave and Speed was evolved during the exploration. They found Jirachi and Speed wished for «Heal Factor». Later in "I wish (story)", at the last day of Jirachi being awoken, Trace wish "sleep for certain hours each day just like a normal being instead of falling asleep for 1000 years". Trace also wished to «resurrect Frost», but after the wish came true, Jirachi said that Frost will lose his memories and don't know where will he being resurrected. And then Jirachi decided to stay in Trace's house.
At the same time, Frost was resurrected without his memories and being found by Pompon the Phantump with his father Professor Stan. The fatal wounds were still there while he was found but survived by somehow. He stays alive by a device gave by Professor Stan. Since he lost his memories and have cracks in his crystal on his head, Pompon named him "Shard". For knowing about his past and find anyone who might know about him, Frost keeps travel around and hope he will find the answers. (According to journals "Who am I? (Story)")
Crystal found the evolution stone stored by Speed and evolved into Vaporeon. She accidentally made Solarflare evolved into Flareon. Flare went berserk because of anger. (for differentiating him and Solar the Leafeon, he will be called "Flare" from here)
After a while, Speed wanted to participate in the tournament which was held in Sunny Town. But he thinks it would be unfair if he participated with the Heal Factor. So that he found Jirachi and asked Jirachi to remove his Heal Factor. He participated in the tournament with a fake name, Yellow. Trace noticed that Speed went to the toilet every time Yellow the Jolteon was about to get on the stage and the battle style of Yellow was very similar to Speed. Trace confirmed that Speed is Yellow and shouted out his real name loudly at the final battle. Speed used his «Turbo Mode» and won. But after the tournament, Black was angry about Speed lied about his identity and scolded him for it.
At this point, Speed didn't have any healing power. Trace found Jirachi to restore the healing power of Speed. But the same wish can not be granted twice. So that he modified the wish a little bit, gave a new kind of healing power to Speed. This «new healing power» made Speed able to resurrect even his entire body is destroyed. If his body is destroyed, the power will generate a new body for him to resurrect. As long as he is not dead from old age, he will able to be resurrected or heal up. But this wish exceeds the power of Jirachi, something is needed to be the trade-off. For achieving the wish, Jirachi used the wish of "don't falling asleep for 1000 years" as the cost, granted the new healing power. That why later Jirachi went back to slumber. Trace tried all methods he could think of to wake Jirachi, but all end up failed.
Later, Doctor Robert sent Speed to an abandoned laboratory for investigating the Berserker virus and made a power armor called "Golden Thunder" for Speed. Speed took some information back, but the power armor was destroyed and the wreckages of the armor were found by Lazuli. Speed also found a pair of bracelets called "Obsidian Brawlers" in the abandoned laboratory. But later, a co-worker of Doctor Robert informed Speed that the bracelets he found were just ordinary bracelets.
Speed wanted to search for more information and sneaked out for the abandoned laboratory. This time he found more information about the bracelets. But he was eaten by a Venusaur while he was going deeper inside the laboratory. Later he woke up and found out that he popped up from the surface not far away from the laboratory (the effect of the new healing power). A berserk Aerodactyl attacked him and grabbed him up into the sky. He struggled and fallen down on a Victini. This is the first time he met «Chill the Victini». The name of "Chill" was named by Speed. PKM-150 said that the reason for naming a fire type pokemon with such name is Speed is really bad at naming things.
Later, Trace made some other armors. The "Silver Knight" and "Gold Buster". The following story is the stories mentioned in journal "ES: Armor Sets". Speed wore the "Gold Buster" armor and went to investigate incidents of Berserker Pokemon outbreak in Texo City. He was captured by the Texo Armed Forces alongside with his armor. The "Gold Buster" was sent to an Institution call "Cyclops Industries" for research. It was modified and renamed into "Golden Killer" with higher damage. Sometime later, Speed make peace with the Cyclops Industries and the Cyclops Industries started to fund Trace to keep develop new armors.
In Special Chapter 10, there was a Jolteon in Speed flashback. The name of that Jolteon is Blizz. «Blizz the Jolteon» was a commander of a team of the Texo Armed Forces. He seems to cares about Speed and in trust with Speed. He tried to convince Speed to "stay out of this".
Later, a mad scientist, «Dr. Gray the Alakazam» (who was infected with Category 2 infection of Berserker virus that raised his intelligence), stole the armor technology and created the «Armored Beasts» by implanting mechanical armor on Berserker Pokemon. Gray seemed to did some genetic modifications to the Berserker Virus and made a lot of mutated Berserkers. It caused a war between Texo City and Gray. For arresting Gray, Blizz and his teammate were sacrificed alongside with the "Golden Killer" armor. Speed wore the "Obsidian Brawler" armor and got to the site. But end up being tied up to a pillar with his armor on. While Gray was taunting Speed with the death of Blizz, the «Turbo Mode» within Speed was fully awakened and blown up his armor from inside out. He tore the Nidoking in front of him with his bare paws. He ran directly towards Gray and wants to kill him. (what happened next is unknown for now, but Gray didn't die here.)
Trace realized that weapons from the other part of the world might pose a threat to his home town. So that he continues to develop and produce more armors. After some research on «Turbo Mode» of Speed, Trace invented the «T-Energy Core» which can utilize the "Turbo Energy" of Speed to power up his power armor. It was used in the "Berserker Hunter" armor for the first time. In the final week of "Armor War", the "Berserker Hunter" armor was brought to the field for fighting "Armored Beasts", Berserker Pokemon and Gray himself. Speed wore the "Berserker Hunter" armor and fight with Gray. Gray injected himself with the genetically-engineered virus created by him, to alter the Berserker Virus inside of his body. Black tentacles were grown from his body and he made himself into an Armored Beast. After the armor on Speed was destroyed, Speed was forced to use fully awakened «Turbo Mode» to fight Gray. Later because Chill the Victini arrived at the battlefield, Speed successfully killed Gray. Speed side's won.
After the "Armor War", Trace made a few more armor that uses «T-Energy Core» as the power source. Those armors were used to eliminate the remaining Berserkers and mutated Berserkers. With the effort made by Speed and his teammate, the remaining Berserker Pokemon were all eliminated.
There was a meteorite that contains the «Space virus» crashed on the continent where Speed is living on. People think this Space virus is the virus that created Deoxys. Usually, this virus would infect its host and mutate the body of its host. But there was a "good" deviant, its protect the host. It will wrap up the body of its host and made an armor-like structure on the surface. Capable of communicating with the host as well. Speed called this as the Bio Armor "Fallen Angel". With its help, Speed and some other people successfully stopped the spread of the Space virus. But the "Fallen Angel" was severely wounded and went into a coma. It is stored in Trace's laboratory since then.
One day, while Speed and his siblings were having a walk, they found a tree hole with an egg in it. They brought the egg home and a female Eevee was hatched from it. Speed adopted her and named her "Sunshine". Speed told Chill the Victini to stay around the tree hole and observe if anyone came back to that tree hole to find the egg. But a month passed, no one came. This implies that the parents of Sunshine might already dead in the hand of wild pokemon.
[Be noticed that the Sunshine in Eeveelution Squad Timeline and the Sunshine in the Original Timeline is different. They are different characters with the same name. The Sunshine here is the kid adopted by Speed. The Sunshine mentioned earlier in the article is the daughter of Alan. The Sunshine of Eeveelution Squad Timeline was called "Lily" in the Original Timeline. In the Original Timeline, there isn't any connection between Lily and Alan.
As the graph has shown, the Sunshine of Eeveelution Squad and the Sunshine in the Original Timeline is different. It is no coincidence that they share the same name. In journal "The Truth", Speed 2.0 mentioned that while Speed was naming Sunshine, he had "Stella" and "Sunshine" these two names in mind without knowing the reason. It could be there are some old memories left by Alan and passed down to other Speed in different timelines.]
After Speed has found Sunshine, Speed quitted his rescue team job, the part-time job of local Mail HQ and disbanded the "Yellow Thunder" rescue team. He was getting ready to retire and accompany his family. Shade’s cousin, Spike, became Trace’s rival around this point. Before Speed was left, Dr. Robert told him to upload his memory and personality on to the «Thunder Medal». The «Thunder Medal» is something that can make Pokemon (that uses Thunder Stone) to temporarily evolve and preserve the personality of the first user. This medal is also called «Speed 2.0». Because Speed copied his consciousness into that medal, the medal thought itself is Speed.
Later, Speed met Pearl the Espeon. Speed's family moved to the Eeveelution Squad treehouse and had a "peaceful" daily life with other Eeveelutions. In chapter 5, the Eeveelution Squad and some of their relatives went to a technologically advanced island named "Alpha Island". During the trip, CC the Glaceon was warped to this world. Because this is a fan character that requested by a fan, most of the lore about her does not fit the story. Since her existence and her lore didn't affect the main plots of the story, no more details will be written here. In the meantime, Shard(resurrected Frost) went to the Alpha Island with Pompon the Phantump as well.
Meanwhile, Trace was already evolved into a Luxray. During the gap between Speed's retirement and Chapter 5, Trace made some more armors for himself. He accidentally found some videos left by his missing mother, Sally the Luxray. He knows his mother was a colleague of Gray, and she might be kidnapped by Gray back then. The "Silver Knight" armor he made was converted into his robot assistant "Ricky". He ordered Ricky to find all the information about Gray and discovered that Gray has a son. The son of Gray is Albert, who is an Alakazam. Albert was trying to recover the invention of his father and made the «new Armored Beasts». Trace would like to infiltrate the base of Albert, but he needs Speed to shield his infiltration. Trace was unable to contact Speed due to Speed was on a trip. So that Trace decided to send «Speed 2.0»(Thunder Medal) to do such work.

Speed 2.0 wore the "Fusion Aurora" armor, which originally made for Speed, and kept destroying the new Armored Beasts that sent from Albert's base. The memory of Speed 2.0 was still on the day he was about to retire and copying his memory to the Thunder Medal. He thought that he could go back home and stay with Sunshine after this mission. Until he realized that his body is just the Thunder Medal and understood that he is not Speed. He must continue to fight here, for the real Speed. During the fight, the Amorphnisms hacked in the consciousness of Speed 2.0. They occasionally spoke to him, and called him "father(or daddy)". As well as glitching out his vision, and even made him saw memories of himself in different timelines. They also tried to establish connections between Speed 2.0 and the real Speed for finding where is the real Speed.
Later, Speed 2.0 and Trace made in to the base and decided to eliminate all the Armored Beasts here for preventing the spread to the outside. They discovered that Albert and his crews captured few «Category 3 Berserkers». They were subjected to cruel experiments. There was only a Pikachu call "Ali" survived, but Ali lost one of his paw and his tail. Speed 2.0 (Thunder Medal) rescued Ali and connected with him. It made Ali temporarily evolved into a Raichu, and temporarily made the Amorphnisms inside of his body "Mei" evolved into the "Ultimus" form (not the real Ultimus).
The corpses of the new Armored Beasts merged into a giant monster and attacked them again. As a part of the plan of "reborn", Albert let those monsters entered his base. After Speed 2.0, Ali and Trace met up, the self-destruct sequence of the base was activated (maybe secretly activated by Albert). Speed 2.0, Ali and Trace were barely got out of the base in time. They thought Albert and all the new Armored Beasts were dead under the explosion. However, all of these are a part of Albert's plan. Albert turned himself into a «Deomorph», but he successfully kept his original memory and his personality intact.
As the «Deomorph» started to infect nearby wild Pokemon, turning them into monsters, Speed 2.0, Ali and Trace returned to Trace's house. Speed 2.0 got some information about Amorphnisms from Ali. Knowing that after the physical form of Amorphnisms is destroyed, they will continue to exist in a spiritual world (which is the Memory Path). Because of that, Speed 2.0 decided to enter the spiritual world and stop the Amorphnisms from controlling those monsters in the physical world. Speed 2.0 named it as the "Hidden War". Speed 2.0 (Thunder Medal) was once again connected with Ali. He borrowed the spiritual body of Mei and entered the spiritual world as a blue-eyed Amorphnisms. A group of red-eyed Amorphnisms chased him and attacked him. Speed 2.0 used his «Turbo Energy» to make all the red-eyed Amorphnisms merged into an Eevee liked thing with the appearance of the Sunshine from the Original Timeline. Speed 2.0 finally knows about the truth of Amorphnisms. Amorphnisms are the pieces of the soul of Sunshine(the Original Timeline). The reason for Amorphnisms had such bad behaviors is because they were controlled by the negative emotions of Speed(Alan). And the «Ultimus» who can save them is the brother of Speed, Flare.
But, there was bad news, even though Speed 2.0 made peace with those Amorphnisms in the spiritual world, they don't have the control over those mutated Berserkers in the physical world, including the mutated beasts made by Albert.
In the meantime, on the Alpha Island, Pearl informed Speed that Mollie is the mother of him and his siblings. However, in the DNA test, his DNA did not match the DNA of his siblings and Mollie. it is because the «new healing power» has been altered his DNA by a lot. Speed was upset because of this. After a while, he found that his «Turbo Boost» was enabled while his emotion was not too fluctuated. And he didn't know the reason. His eyes turned blue as well. He can't turn it off. More time has passed, he felt neither the side effects nor the ability boosts of the "Turbo Boost". He just felt tired. The reason for his «Turbo Boost» was enabled is Speed 2.0 was using «Turbo Energy» in the spiritual world.
Sometime later, Speed 2.0 exited the spiritual world. He got the information and discussed them with Trace and Ali. They concluded what they have to do: Stop those mutated beasts, use «Turbo Energy» to merge all of the Amorphnisms together, and free the soul of Sunshine(the Original Timeline). As well as release all the souls that consumed by the Amorphnisms. Speed 2.0 would like to know how is the real Speed is doing. So that Speed 2.0 obtained the latest memory of the real Speed via the remote "Prime Subject Memory Uploading" and know what was happening with Speed. He wanted to meet the real Speed himself.

8. Afterword (written by the English translator)
In the last few months of 2019, I noticed that there were a lot of people who can't understand what was happening with the Eeveelution Squad. At that time, I already wrote and kept update the "Data(plot and spoiler) about Eeveelution Squad" for over a year. I thought that the journal could help people to understand the story of the Eeveelution Squad, which turned out to be not enough.
So I had thought of combining the journal I wrote and the latest released story for concluding the Eeveelution Squad. But I don't have the time, the determination, and the skills required to do so. (I am not very good at writing, even in my native language.) Idea remains as an idea, no progress has been made.
Until February of 2020, I saw there is a person(阿罗拉的雷丘) on a Chinese online community (Baidu Tieba) who posted this article in Chinese while I was still in Japan. I decided to translate it into English. After about 3 months of effort (and 2 months of lazy), the translation was finally finished. Hopes it can actually help people to understand the plots Eeveelution Squad.
