Gwen Moore lived a normal life with her mother in Harbor City until her twelfth birthday, when her djinn heritage was revealed to her. His mother was actually a genie, who had married the master of her lamp after the two of them fell in love. Unfortunately, Gwen's father died when she was three years old, and Gwen's mother hid the fact that she was actually a supernatural being who would become the thrall of anyone who could claim her magic lamp.
Gwen helped her mother keep her secret through her teen years, but when her own powers began to manifest themselves her mother abruptly vanished, leaving a letter for her daughter claiming that she had to flee to protect Gwen from old enemies that tracked her down.
Taking the alias of Nimbus, Gwen began a career as a costumed heroine while trying to find leads about what happened to her mother. Unfortunately, clues to her whereabouts have been few and far between. Gwen has become an agent of the extragovernmental organization known as H.A.L.O., acting as a bounty hunter for super powered criminals. Not only does this give her a steady paycheck; it also allows her to travel the world, looking for clues as to her immortal mother’s fate.
Powers
Telekinesis - Gwen has the power to manipulate the environment around her through sheer force of will for a variety of effects:
Move objects - Gwen can mentally manipulate objects that she can perceive. She is able to lift objects as large as a tractor-trailer with little effort.
Telekinetic force fields - Gwen can solidify her will into a telekinetic wall or aura of force, protecting herself or others from harm, or using these force fields to contain people or objects. These force fields can be made to be airtight.
Telekinetic flight - Gwen can use her powers on herself or others, giving her the power of flight.
Telekinetic blast - Gwen can also focus her TK and simply hit a target with it. These TK blasts are powerful enough to deform steel or punch a hole in a cinder block wall.
Immortal - Gwen stopped aging when she was eighteen.
