Another Crusader character revision!

I like Blake's costume, but decided that since she doesn't really have a secret identity a visor made more sense for a speedster than a domino mask.

Stats:

Real Name: Blake Costigan
Age: 22
Blake was a student at Harbor City University who witnessed the Hammer Point nuclear incident. The radiation she was exposed to gave her amazing powers!
Like her best friend Ashley Lennox (Neon), Blake was offered a place in the Crusaders to learn how to use her powers safely and responsibly. Finding the life of a superheroine to be both enjoyable and thrilling, Blake has enthusiastically embraced the lifestyle. Vivacious and somewhat hyperactive before Hammer Point, Hornet is one of the most outgoing members of the Crusader superhero group.
Powers
Superspeed - Blake can approach Mach 3, although it is theorized that she can move much faster. Her reaction time and perception is over a hundred times faster than a normal human.
Bioelectric blasts and fields - her supercharged nervous system generates electricity which she can discharge either by touch or (with focus) as controlled blasts of electrical energy - charge needs to build up before she can use it, so depletes rather quickly
Accomplished gymnast and martial artist, training under Sleuth
