I will try to write a critique in english (very difficult for me because I'm french).
Technically, this picture is not very convincing: it is a little bent and not very balanced in terms of people on the bench against the background. Again, for someone who practices the black and white photography, editing black and white is visible and lost charm to the picture, I think.
However, the shadows on the walls, shades of the tiles, I like very much. The background is left mysterious and gives an opening to the photo.
I like the "argentic effect" but the faces are not visible enough. The nice little detail: very discreet smoke coming out of the mouth of the man at left, that's cool! or as we say in French Je kiffe grave !

It's more about capturing expression for me. It's really take a lot of effort to create a really good one. i think I still lacking in that.
