Well it's more the outskirts of Tukwila, probably more Sea-Tac really! And as far as HDR cameras....it depends on how often you think you would use it really! I'm a Graphic Design student so having a nice digital camera to use is important so I don't have to pay for stock images to use! If you really like photography though I say go for it!
