“I can’t believe this!! This is what happens when I’m stuck with idiots like you!!” Eyeless Jackie shouted, throwing another one of her many scalpels at the minions that were chasing her and the other girls.

“Hey! Don’t blame me!! Blame-” Tami stopped for a minute to hack off a head that got too close, “ugh! Blame Jess for this!!”

“Me!!? You’re the one who was shouting-,” she sliced at a minion, “-like crazy back there!!

“YOU BOTH WERE!!” Jackie yelled out.

The girls rounded a corner and quickly slipped into the first room they saw, holding their breaths as they heard the disappearing footsteps of those creatures. Once it was silent, they all let out a deep breath.

“Dear God, I thought we were goners,” Jess said, taking in a few deep breaths.

“We will be if you two don’t shut your traps!” Jackie snapped.

“Tch.”

The girls took a good moment to catch their breaths before deciding their next
course of action.

“Ok, now, we need to really think, if we were Zalgo, where would we take a prisoner?” Jackie said.

No more then a few seconds after she said that they all heard a very loud scream of agony coming from one of the halls, a scream that sounded very familiar.

“(y/n)!!?” Jess shouted.

“Jess, we should-”

Jackie didn’t even get to finish her sentence, Jess was already running at break-neck speed towards the direction of where they heard the scream.

“-follow the sound and be careful while doing so. . . . . . .”

Jess sprinted through the halls, literally barreling through any of Zalgo’s minions that tried to stop her. After what seemed like an eternity of seemingly pointless running, the sounds was strongest from a certain, large, wooden door. Without a second thought, she rammed her body against it, easily swinging it open, the sight before her, despite having seen countless insides of humans, sickened her. (y/n), lying on a stone table, the left section of his chest had been slit open, revealing some of his heart that was still beating, and Zalgo standing over his, his claws bathed in blood. Jess’s eyes got even wider then normal and she somehow became paler.

“(y/n)!!!?” she screamed out.

In between his screams of agony, he slightly lifted his head to see who had said his name.

“J-Jess?”

Zalgo turned his head and smirked evilly.

“Awww, well isn’t this sweet, the little killer has come to save the day. Kill her (b/n).”
“Heh,” he took a knife from his belt, “gladly.”

He rushed forward and his and Jess’s knives collided with a “shing!” sound.

“I cant wait to make a mangled mess out of you!”

“Dream on kid! You really think a greenhorn like you stands a chance against me!!?”

“Heh, who needs experience when you’ve got the lord of the underworld on your side?”

“Tch.”

Jess expertly spun around and easily stabbed (b/n) in the back.

“Apparently you!!” she shoved him back hard, his already inured back hitting the stone wall.

“Ugh!!” he was now immobile from the pain.

“Now that he’s out of the way,” Jess turned towards Zalgo, her knife pointing menacingly at him, “step aside from my boyfriend and maybe I’ll let you live.”

Zalgo laughed hysterically.

“Ahahahahahaha!! And who are you to give me orders?”

“The one who’s gonna slice you to shreds if you don’t do as I say!”

“You and what army?”

“Me and . . . . . . . . . gah!! Where are they!?”

“Right *huff* here!!” Jackie managed between puffs of breath as she entered the room.

“Hey where were you guy!!?” Jess asked angrily.

“Us!!? You were the one who ran off without so much as a word to where you were going!”

Zalgo chuckled, clearly amused at the argument commencing before him. Jess noticed and took in a sharp breath.

“Look, let’s just focus on the problem in front of us instead of going at eachother for now.”

“Wow, you’re actually responsible for once,” Jackie commented.

“Hey!!”

Zlago finally stepped forward and cleared his throat to catch the girl’s attention.

“As much fun as it was watching you bickering, I’m afraid I must eliminate you all, oh I can’t wait to see Slenderwoman’s face when she see’s I’ve annihilated three of her precious children have been killed by my hands.”

“Uhhh, you do know she doesn’t have a face right?” Jess asked.

Cue tick mark on Zlago’s forehead.

“Enough!!”

He blinding charged forward, claws at the ready to strike. The girl quickly dodged.

“Jess! Go free (y/n)!! Tami and I got this!”

“Right!!” Jess scurried right to (y/n).

“No!!” Zalgo tried to reach her first, but had to stand down when Tami swung her hatchet at his head, her twitching getting out of control and her eyes were wild.

“Heh heh, let’s have some fun!!” she shouted before going at Zalgo. As the two kept Zalgo occupied, Jess managed to free (y/n) chains hands, but he was far too weak to get up by himself, all he could do was lie there and stare blankly at the ceiling. Jess held back her tears as she pulled off her hoodie, did her best to gently pull the skin back to where it should be, and bounded his chest with her hoodie, an attempt to stop any more blood from flowing. She slung his arm around her shoulders and hoisted him up form the table, earning a pained grunt from him.

“Oi!! Jackie! Call Slenderwoman to get us out of here!!”

“I’m trying! But it’s hard to contact her while in a different dimension you know!!” Jackie shouted, dodging an attack from Zalgo.

“Grrrrr!!”

All of a sudden, a light shined below the girls, and it was getting brighter.

“NOOO!!” Zalgo roared. The light got to the point of being blinding, Jess wished she had eyelids so she could close her eyes from the ultra light that shone from under her. She saw pure white for a good while, and then it faded, revealing that she was now in a dark forest. Tami and Jackie were not too far from her, both were on the ground.

“Hey! You two ok?”

“I am,” Jackie said, getting up and dusting herself off.

“I second th-that,” Tami said, shaking the leaves from her hair.

Jess kneeled down to the ground and as gently as she could manage, shifted (y/n) to a tree where she set him up against a trunk. His eyes were closed and he was barely breathing, much less conscious.

“(y/n)!?”

His eyes opened, but only halfway. It was enough for Jess.

“Just rest, but don’t die on me ok!!? Or I’ll kill you!”

The edge of his mouth twitched, a sign that he would’ve chuckled if he had the energy, he closed his eyes back again, letting sleep take him over.

“Jess, we’ve got a problem,” Jackie said. Jess stood up and faced her.

“Huh? What?”

“We’re not in Slender Woods.”

“Eh? How would you know that?”

“I know the woods like the back of my hand, this isn’t it. I can feel it.”

“Don’t tell me we were transported to some woods in Europe or something!!”

“Calm down. Keep an eye on (y/n), I’ll contact Slenderwoman and see what’s going on.”

“Waaaaaaaaaaaaay a-ahead of y-you!!”

They both turned their heads, Tami had already made herself comfortable next to (y/n), clinging to his arm and laying her head on his shoulder.

“Oi! How many times have I told you to not get close to my man!!!?”

“What!? His pretty ass is mine! So of course I’m gonna get close!”

“For the last time it isn’t your’s!! He’s all mine!!”

“I’m surrounded by idiots,” Jackie groaned.

After that little dispute, Jess finally managed to take Tami’s spot, much to her displeasure. Jess looked at (y/n)’s face, he was calm, but still held a pained look from his wound. Her heart just broke, seeing him like this. Her sweater was heavily stained with his blood, if he wasn’t Slenderwoman’s proxy, he would’ve been dead by now for sure. Tears pricked at the corners of her eyes at the thought of him being dead, never had she felt this way towards any person before, at least not before her sister, Louise, was killed by her very hands. She placed her hand lightly over his covered wound, as she moved it away, another hand shot up and placed itself over it. (y/n) opened his eyes halfway, turned his head in her direction, and gave her a weak smile.

“It’s . . . . . . o-ok . . . J-Jess *hack*!!” blood shot out as he coughed.

“Don’t talk idiot!!” Jess scolded. His weak smile became bloody as it ran down his lips to his chin. Even in this state, he was still pretty darn hot to her. She lightly stroked his cheek, brought her lips to his in a small, sweet kiss, showing him that she was here in his desperate time of need. As she pulled away, Jackie walked up to the couple.

“So, I have good news and bad news.”

“Give the good first, after everything’s happened, we need something positive.”

“The good news: at least we’re out of Zalgo’s domain.”

“Ok, that’s great I guess. What’s the bad news?”

“Slenderwoman tried to bring us back to the woods, but Zalgo somehow interfered with her power and even she doesn’t know where we are.”

“That’s just great! Now what!?”

“The only thing we can do is guard (y/n) until Slenderwoman is able to teleport us back to the mansion, she’s already exhausted her power by taking and bring us back form Zalgo’s realm, we’re on our own for now until then. We’ll take turns standing guard, no doubt Zlago will try to come after us, seeing as she’s full of energy at the moment, Tami is keeping first watch, you’re next after her.”

“Fine, just make sure she doesn’t violate my man.”

“Yeah yeah. I’m gonna catch some z’s, she’ll be back in an hour, then it’s your turn, wake me up when your hour is up.”

Jackie laid herself down on a patch of grass, and with scalpel in hand, she fell asleep instantly. Jess really couldn’t find it in herself to sleep (one of the reasons being that she didn’t have her sleeping mask to obscure her eyes), but she knew that she really needed to rest if she was gonna be sharp when it was her turn to keep look-out. So she gently laid (y/n) down on his back and began to strip herself of her tanktop. (y/n)’s eyes slightly grew at the sight of her in just a bra and shorts, she glared down at him.

“Don’t give me that look, I don’t have my sleeping mask so this’ll have to do.”

His mouth twitched, a chuckle would’ve escaped if he wasn’t in so much pain. Folding the tanktop, Jess made a made-shift blindfold and lied next to him, slinging her arm across his waist.

“Just rest. You need it,” she said.

“N . . . . . N-night.”

Jess was able to feel him breath slowly as he dozed off, she gritted her teeth together as her hand clutched his shirt tightly.

“Don’t worry, I’ll protect you . . . . my beautiful beast . . .”
