Haaaaaaaaaa!!! I love it! I simply adore how Kevin's just standing on Blurr's shoulder being all "I am SO bad ass" and Blurr being all like "WTF? Where'd you come from?"
Now for Blurr critique! He looks like Blurr, so you didn't butcher him. He does have bigger shoulder pads (They're a bitch to draw though >.<
Anywho, I really like it, the coloring is nice and soft and pastel-y (I dunno if it me/my computer, but alot of you're works are kinda...darkish... o.o) and it's the cutest thing, also, that caption owns

I could barely see his shoulders at all in the screencaps, so I had to pull them out of my ass. I also couldn't see any profile shots of Blurr's head so I couldn't tell how far back that thing on his head went. 
I really couldn't fix anything on it (especially something as critical as size ratio, which would require me to erase and re-draw Kevin.) unless I were to try and draw it again from scratch, and I really don't have the time to. ;-; So you're kinda stuck with midget Kevin.
Most of my artworks are shaded dark, I usually think it makes the characters look more dynamic and compelling. I wasn't going for that in this pic, so I was very light on the shading.
I'm glad you liked your Birthday pic.
