Meet Cutman and Yukari Yakumo

Cutman was paired with Yukari due to one fact: He's the only one who can TRULY teleport, at least, in the same way as yukari.

you see, yukari's most common power is to teleport around by using a gap in the boundaries (be that an empty space or a wall, doesn't matter, she can open a gap, get inside of it and go to other place in a matter of seconds)

cutman can do the same thing, but with variations, he doesn't open the gaps, he needs to cut holes on it.

(note how he enters the battle...i would give a better example of cutman doing this...if the youtube videos didn't used the weaknesses so much...that doesn't let the robot masters do anything...you can find such example in Megaman 2: The Power Fighters, where he actually uses that power to fight)

there ARE other robot masters who can "teleport" (Centaurman and Shadowman) but actually, those can't teleport:

Centaurman stops time, walks and when the effect ends, he "teleports".

And because Shadowman is fast enough, you can't see him moving around, thus, he "teleports".

also, i would like to apologize for not having fun comics right now...i'm trying to come up with good material for you guys.
